Solutions for Cable and Wire Industry

The challenge in marking in the cable and wire industry is often dealing with marking on the fly combined with the material to be marked (cable outer jacket). The outcome of laser markings varies with different materials. Some materials absorb the laser beam well, while other materials can be challenging for lasers. Sometimes the challenge could be the material receipt, preventing good quality markings with a laser. However, that can be overcome with laser additives improving the marking contrast with the materials significantly. We have an evaluation process in place where we can test different technologies with different materials. Based on the outcome, we will propose to you the following steps, either being an offer on the right technology enabling good contrast markings or other recommendations in order to achieve the desired outcome.
